    Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. We have been taking our little Lhasa here for years with nothing but pleasant experiences. They have been accommodating and always respond to requests we make about her grooming.

    Not wanting to treat dogs with fleas, and educating new dog owners on how to avoid getting mats (which is very uncomfortable to the dog)? That seems like they are doing their jobs.
